Irony u r saying that u put customer first. This is utterly non sense.
U make customers suffer by not providing necessary details about venue, bus no, driver contact no, if bus is late.
How problematic it is to just send an SMS. When u charge nearly 1000Rs for a ticket, can't u just send a message to the customers about pick up.
Customers can really get heart attack because o[censored]r dealers & staff.
Staff question us back even when Thiers mistake is there. Train ur staff first. Teach them basic etiquettes as how to talk to a customer.
