I was travelling from Kayamkulam to Mysore on 5 December 2023, Abhibus booking id: AW[protected], PNR: TS[protected]TGND/OABHI163168. The passengers were asked to get off at Thrissur as they mentioned that the bus was faulty and arranged an alternate bus till Kalpetta. I was asked to wait at Kalpetta for the next bus to Mysore and they left without making sure the next bus arrived. I waited for more than 2 hours and eventually took a taxi to Mysore which cost me Rs.5800. I missed my business meeting and had to reschedule the meeting for the next day. This incurred me an additional cost of a day’s accommodation at the hotel (Rs.2240). Considering the extra expenses incurred (Rs.8040), I request you to kindly reimburse the additional costs.
