Sir i m passenger of this bus travel agency in 23 feb 18 from new delhi to kanpur seat no. U8. Sir my complain is carrying goods in bus in large amount and goods owner trying to escape himself from paying toll tax etc. And this bus no. Is up78 ct 4150 and this bus has been caught by up govt staff (Maybe sales tax department) on one dhaba on nh-2 near ethawa. Sir kindly take it stern action against such kind of travel agency by which passengers have to face problem during journey because bus has been stopped by up govt staff and from last 2 hours we all are waiting to go but still goods owner and govt staff is just simply having conversations and nothing else. So pls do the needful...
