Me kanpur se travel kiya ac sleepar bus me.
Is bus ka conductor bus ki gali me passenger ko bina ticket liye apni jeb me paise bharkar kisi se 300rs kisi se 200rs kisi se 500rs lekar bhar liya .ye paisa na to malik ka. Ye ghus khud rakhne ke chakkar me jinhone 1000 ka sleepar liya unka to comfort zone kharab hua na hi wo so paya.

Me to aage se kalpna travels ki bus me kabhi nahi jaunga or na hi aap log jaye.

Paid for Air Conditioned travel .. 1000 bucks for 3 passenger .. switched off the ACs while passengers were seating inside.. Staff is very rude.. Request to take strict action against them....

Here passengers are smoking freely . I am travelling from sirohi to ajmer on 15 januray 2022. I am travelling in Kalpana Travels Pvt Ltd deluxe seater sleeper ac bus ....

There are so many problems with service
1. They provide wrong pickup address.and inform passernger about the other address.
2 provide wrong number of pickup man
3. From journey to agra to ahmedbad.the timing or destination about 21 hours. But they hault their bus in jaipur around 10 hours.
4 they are not tsking any responsbility like security, timing....

Today I travelling from Jodhpur to Delhi
I give 900 rs for seat .. but it's all splitting everywhere and very bad condition of my seat . Plz solve my problem and refunded . Otherwise I report to ministry of road transport and highways govt of India .. and diwakar wavte .....

So please sir ye jo bhi hai inko passenger se kaise baat karni chahiye inko maner sikhao ya inko chenj karo ya to inke number ko chenj karo...

आपकी बस सर्विस बहुत ही ज्यादा घटिया है सवारियों से झूठ बोला जाता है और बस का कोई भी टाइम टेबल नही है मै भविष्य में कभी भी आपकी बस से सफर नही करूँगा और ना ही किसी ओर कोई को आपकी...

My seet no is 3 and 4. Bus operators not provide my seet.
He says i earned money from that seat.

I had my booking today from jaipur to agra in kalpana travels pvt limited bus no rj 14pd0888... My drop location was idgah bus stand agra... Neither conductor nor driver stopped bus there and when i asked them they said we are already crossed your drop location... I have to travel back 20 kms because of lack of information since it was my first time to visit agra... I had to trouble a lot because of all this... Want strict action against...

Sir, my name is vijay pandya and i had booked bus from jaipur to udaipur on date 21st july, and as that bus was cancelled so suddenly i didnt get any remittance and still i don't get any refund. Is this how our faith should be treated?
I booked ticket online so it should be pretty much easy to revert the payment process.

Sir my complain is carrying goods in bus in large amount and goods owner trying to escape himself from paying toll tax etc. And this bus no. I have booked a bus ticket from kanpur to New Delhi on dated 13.03.2016 from online kalpana travels site . I pay rs 1300/- for one seat from kanpurto Delhi and departure time is 9:315 pm from kanpur(My Boarding point was Akbarpur at 10:15 PM).
