I have booked a bus ticket from kanpur to New Delhi on dated 13.03.2016 from online kalpana travels site . I pay rs 1300/- for one seat from kanpurto Delhi and departure time is 9:315 pm from kanpur(My Boarding point was Akbarpur at 10:15 PM).
I have did not get any information related to bus number and driver mobile number or any help line number.
I have wait at akbarpur till 1:00 am but bus not arrived .when i tried to contact booking ofc, but he was not picking my phone and after some time he switched off the mobile.I was helpless.
