[Resolved]  Kamkash Sale — Fraud Transaction in my ICICI Credit card by KAMKASH Sale

I received a call from Mr Amit kumar(ICICI Rewards Points team ) (ICICI Employee ID: MD1041DL ) from Cell No. [protected] on 26th Aug 2014 . The officer had said that, My ICICI Bank Credit card would be blocked in 15 days and a new Credit card would be forwarded to my address as the Bank wants to give the benefit of 800 rewards points which would expire in 10 days. He had taken all the credentials including the 3D Secure OTP and transacted an amount of Rs7750/- (assuring of Pillow covers, REEBOK shoes against the redemption)The Cell no.of the Online store claimed to be tied up with ICICI for redeeming the reward points was [protected]. The only reason I agreed to give my credentials was that, He gave my complete card details, DOB and he claimed that my existing card would be invalid from 10th of Sep 2014. Although for safety purpose I have blocked my card, I have ended up with a fraud transaction of Rs 7750/- However, even today when I called Mr Amit Kumar, a women responded saying that this was ICICI Rewards section. Further, I would also like to know that what preventive measures ICICI Bank would take to protect their customers. There are many complaints from ICICI credit card users that KAMKASH is a nuicanse. Still ICICI has not scrutinised the transactions of KAMKASH sale.
