Kapil Chit Funds — Auction bid without my knowledge, I have been paying monthly chit amount till Feb 2024

The total amount I have paid is Rs.4, 60, 168/-. I am in loss after paying 2yrs our hard-earned money. There is no transparency and not sure if head office is at all tracking or aware of these frauds where the customers are cheated/looted.
