Kapil Chit Funds — Unsatisfactory experience

I regret to say that my experience with Kapil Chit Fund Company, and in particular with their representative Chandrashekhar, has been deeply unsatisfactory. When I first connected with your agent Chandrashekhar, he assured me that my funds would be made available without delay. However, over the past three months, there has been no progress—only unfulfilled promises and an increasing pattern of avoidance.

Despite numerous attempts to reach him, Chandrashekar has frequently ignored my calls, I work in the night shifts and will be sleeping in the daytime. I still wake up and call him for an update. On the rare occasions he does respond, his tone is unprofessional and the assurances he gives prove empty, just big talks. This ongoing lack of accountability reflects poorly not just on the individual, but on Kapil Chit Fund as a whole.

I trusted this company to handle my matter ethically and responsibly. Unfortunately, this experience has eroded that trust. I hope this review prompts the company to take a hard look at its client service standards and follow through on its commitments.

Please resolve my concern ASAP...
