Kara Arjun Naidu — Sponsorship visa to work in usa logistic company.

This person--Mr.Kara Arjun naidu has collected rs-30, 000/- from me(p.rajesh) and my friend Mr.sai krishna.He promised that he is going to provide job in logistic company on sponsorship visa(J1).He has said that visa process will be completed with in 15days and flight tickets will be arranged by company itself.After paying the amount by cheque he said the process is getting delayed due to december-2015 end.after some days he switched off the phone and started chat in wattsapp once in a week, say that it will take more time, if process is not done he will refund the amount don't worry.we request to meet us once and scarify the process is getting delayed.he stopped chat and switched off the phone.He stay with his mother, who also work in pharmacy company, but they shifted there house night night to some other local in hyderabad.please help me how to get my money back from him.
