Karachi Bakery — Payment is done but did not receive any confirmation

I have ordered chocolate truffle cake on May 14th via Karachi online website with phone number [protected] and payment was done with [protected]. I have tried to contact the store but there was no response. Kindly help me in delivering the order by today 5pm i.e 14th May or refund the payment amount.
