Karbonn Mobiles — Late delivery of my mobile

I have purchase a karbonn smart mobile from Homeshop18 but unfortunately it was found defective and after complaining karbonn customer care they had suggested me to visit cuttack service centre in odisha. i HJAVE GIVEN MY MOBILE TWICE...to them...first they return me without repairing them and second time when i complain they again sent it to Delhi HO on 13/01/2015 but till now i have not yet received my mobile set. I have called them and vist them several times but they just ignored my complain. Now i am going to file a CONSUMER CASE against karbonn company and the concerned service centre in cuttack.
