Karbonn Mobiles — not serticefied with karbonn service & didnt get my headphone & charger | |||
Dear sir, my name is vinod yadav from indore. Their is problem in my karbonn charger or headphone which i had given to "M-115, Yashwant Plaza, Landmark Railway Station, New Palasia, Indore" at dated on[protected] till now i didn't get i have job sheet. Their is no one is responsible person their no buddy give proper reply & assistance. now i'm fade up to deal with them. They people said "the karbonn service center is close her go collect "sunrise tower". i went their people said i don't deal with direct client go to again yashwant plaza, i cam back no budy everybody harass to me." hope you understand my mental harassment problem. please revert me what to do. if i did't get today my given accessories than i'm report in police also case in customer consumer for your service center. for mental harassment & not give proper service & teasing me to call again & again their & not giving my charger & headphone. I, Muazzaz Alam, (Address: 19/7, Qazipura, Near cross Duncan Road, Mumbai-400008), purchased a Karbonn A29 mobile from a Magnet srore on 03/10/2013. Handset was dead on 29/03/2014. I have deposited it at Karbonn Service Centre in Mumbai (Kaiser Electronics) on the same day. Now 2 months has been passed but they neither given me the handset repaired/replaced nor replied me the service status satisfactorily. I am enclosing herewith the copy of service job sheet.
