During 7 days holidays to Goa with my family, I was poached by karma group with assurance of free gift for which voucher given to me by their agents. I was quite reluctant to puruse this in the begining however the agent kept calling me to visit the resort and assured that it is a promotional anniversary offer and not the marketing call and they are not selling anything. They promised that it will not take ore than 2 hours however it was quite oppossite when I reached there, Their so called staff or another agent started explaining us about the concept of timesharing, offers (valid only that day), benefits etc. They were quite insistent and aggressive in selling the membership rather than just the promotion. They took the entire day and somehow brainwashed me & my wife to buy the memebership, they made me signed an agreement along with the initial deposit of 50000 INR. It is a shame that such companies exist and operate in hosiptality industry. By the time I realized it was quite late, I can't afford to have this membership because of other financial obligrations and hence I contacted them to refund the deposit what I paid. However they are not willing to refund the money.
