Karma Group — Cancellation of karma membership and refund the membership fees

We have been forced to take karma membership during our visit to Goa in December 2022. We have paid 5.5 lakhs for membership. The only reason we that we have taken membership because we wanted to visit Paris.

When I was trying to enquire room
reservation at Paris they said there is no Karma unit available in Paris. This is really disappointing to us as we have taken the membership because we wanted to visit Paris.

Later we requested them to cancel our membership and refund the amount If paris unit is not available. Now they are not accepting cancellation of membership and refund. Can you help us to get the amount refunded or should I do file a complaint in consumer forum.
