I have sent my phone and was eagerly waiting to hear from them.
The customer care executives certainly worry me because they were as rude as rude can be.
As expected is what has happened.
I was given an offer of 9, 257 inr for my mobile phone which got revised to 1, 000 inr.
The reason given to me is, "device does not power on properly; other function not working due to device not power on properly and error showing on screen".
I would like to inform you that the safexpress courier person who picked up the phone from my house saw it in the working condition.
They are frauds and request you to make a note of this fraud company and help me get them off the market as they shall not be allowed to dupe any more consumers.
