Karma Royal Resorts — Very poor servicing to the existing clients

I have paid a handsome amount to become the member of the Karma Royal Resort, and continue to paying a big amount as management charges for the sake of some points.
Now trouble starts, once you intend for booking, no body will reply on phone calls, I was hanging on phone to call them today for 16 minutes listening the music (see photo attached).
Since yesterday, I tried to contact them by sending a numbers of emails and every time I got a false promise of resolving my booking issue in a few minutes.
In promotion, they mention that 25% discount on F&B but in voucher they give only 10% discount.
What a company with a lots of false promises.
