Karrm Infrastructure — construction not completed

I had booked flat in shahapur building project in august, 2015 during its launch. As per their promise, project will completed by 2017. After waiting till 2017 nothing has been constructed there and kept the land open ground. I want all my invested money back with the current roi. I dont want the flat. These people at karrm are big time frauds. They dont even answer their calls, nor do they respond to any complaints. Such fraudsters should be dealt with legally.
