I have booked two flats in karrm brahmaand in march 2017. It was told to me that
1) agreement will get registered in within 6 months i. E. By oct 2017.
2) work will get started within 3 months.
3) will get possession within 3 years.
Above mentioned first two promises were not fulfilled. Third promise also seem that it will not get fulfilled as still the work has not yet started. They have not yet got registered this project under rera. Every month emi of 7900+ gst for each flat is getting deducted. Now this is the matter of concern. Also gst was charged extra whereas it was clear from finance ministry on gst implementation that in case of property gst should not increase the cost price of consumer as earlier builders were not getting gst credit but after increase in gst to 12% they will be getting gst credit, hence cost should have not increased but in karrm those gst benefit was taken by builder and has increased cost to consumer by charging it extra. I suggest to refund the money back with interest @ 18% p. A. As compensation for such fraudulent activity and to take action against the builder for such a big fraud the builder is planning to.
