I had booked two flats on my name in the year 2016 and since then I had been paying the EMIs for both the flat plus VAT/GST till 2019. I had cancelled my booking in 2019 due to thé negligence of the developer and also for not standing by their commitments. I got my cheques after all the deduction of cancellation and that to after visiting their offices which they kept on changing without any intimation. These cheques kept on bouncing, few got cleared and since covid they stopped the clearance of cheques. I met the supervisor he gave me in written that they will release my balance payment, but it’s still pending and now they have again closed their recent office and hod knows where have they gone. I have got a letter for MOHL as well for not payment of the loan which I had not even taken.
