Karrm Infrastructure — not giving possession of flat

My self Ravi maurya, have booked flat in Karrma Residency Flat no. 402-Gintanjali Building
My agreement is registered far before in year 2013 but till date possession is not given to me
I am continuing paying EMI of housing Loan of my flat

builder is demanding more than 3, 00, 000/- lakhs rupees from me for giving possession

I have been badly harassed by the Builder & its staff
I am staying on rent with my family and had purchased this flat with my hard earn money
if anything happens to my life...this builder and their staff is liable for the same..

as I have visited to their thane office for possession but they all bluntly demanding more than 3, 00, 000/- Rupees to me for possession. without any valid reason
