From last 3 years, we are following up with you and your (Karrm) team on reimbursement of the emi paid by us. When we booked flat, it was mentioned that karrm will pay our emis till possession of the flat. But we have not received possession yet and also we are paying emis from our account.
Every time when we talk to you or the team at your office, it was promised that karrm will pay us the amount of emi paid by us and future emis till the possession will be paid by karrm.
This is the harassment that your team is doing with us. Today also you told that you will talk to your seniors and pay the cheque for the emis paid and then onward karrm will pay the emi till possession. But nothing has been done till date and still waiting for your confirmation.
