Karthikeyan — vodafone legalizer , threatening and so abusive on call for non payment

Since I have taken 3 postpaid sim from our Network for official use .First month payment was done, and from second month I have paid some amount for name sake after that I got transferred to Bangalore because of official reason . After that I informed my Brother Mr.NaveenRaj to make a payment, and he failed to Make a payment within a time period so I got a call from Vodafone to [protected] ( registered alternate contact number ) regarding payment, I have requested them to give some time for payment hence, I had an accident and eye operated and resided in Bangalore .. Later on I got a Text message from Vodafone to make a payment . As same I Informed to my brother Mr Naveen raj, and thing is he's facing some card issue from his bank .He's unable to swipe his card due to an error from Bank side . We have contacted bank and they said 15 business days to resolve it..As same I Informed Vodafone Collection Team Clearly that "we having some issue with bank so assured that Payment will be done but we need some time" .. Later on I got a call from Mr Shankar Narayanan, Legalizer (Vodafone) stating said that " He will file a complaint against Mr Naveen raj regarding Non-payment, Fraudulent . He's very abusive on call stating that, Mr Naveen Raj is a Fraudulent, he is a begger cheating the company tis that smashing a lot .While on call I can hear that Mr Shankar was speaking with a support of some Police man, I can hear sound of wireless phone in police station. And he's threatening me that I will be punished and INR 8000 should be plenty for non payment of INR 2000 ...What a hell is this ??? Is this Vodafone mobile company or " Katta Panchayat Union "
Case 1 : Without Intimating a Customer about non payment issue, no one has rights to file a complaint against a Customer.
Case 2 : Legalizer should send an Legal Notice to the Registered Address before lodging a Complaint .
Case 3:As per Law, Payment was not done within 15days from the date of Legal Notice issued, after that Actions can be taken.
Case 4 : Even though Mr Shankar he's a Legalizer, he should be polite and respectful, but he failed to be a genuine person. He don't have rights to abusive or threaten any of the person regarding money issue .
Case 5 : Now Mr Shankar's attitude was not like a Legalizer, think he's like a Local Rowdies, using abusive words like begger, fraudulent, cheater should not be used on call, it's unprofessional and out of law ..
Note : Because of these Idiotic persons Vodafone will lose the CSAT ...
A. Action should be taken against this culprit Mr Shankar, Legalizer
B. I'm a Vodafone Postpaid Customer ([protected] ) for 10years, I'm so frustrated because of this issue. So I need a Entire wavier for these Bills Please take action on this As Soon as possible and Intimate me @[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]
