[Resolved] Karvy — Non receipt of infrastructure bond money

I had infrastructure bond of power finance corporation ltd, purchased in 2011. I have sent the original bond certificate, cancelled cheque and application form for buyback to karvy. The consignment was delivered on 11/04/2016 (Consignment no - rv[protected]in)

Details of the bond are as-

Registered folio no pfb0200002
No of bonds held - 4
Certificate no - 200002
Distinctive no of bonds held - from 5 to 8.

Its been more than a month now i haven't got any update on my bond redemption, i have tried reaching on several email ids (Einward. [protected]@karvy.com, [protected]@pfcindia.com etc) and other phone numbers provided, but no reply till now. Kindly let me know when can i expect the maturity amount to be credited to my account?
