Karvy — shares not credited after stock split of eicher motors

I would like to bring to your notice that the stocks of eicher motors have not been credited to my account yet. The stock split happened long ago and there was an sms i received saying the stocks are credited. However, i do not see is in my account that i check through mobile app.

Please let me knwo the status and share an updated holding statement with me to ensure the stocks of eicher motors are reflecting correctly.
