Dear Sir/Madam,
My father expired last year on 23.08.2014, and had nominated my mother as nominee, on 21.11.2014, my mother opened new demat account & had submitted all the relevant documents including my father's original death certificate. I was following up till date (06/10/2015), nobody answered about the status, but surprising I received another email asking to resubmit the documents. Branch office were rude & didn't provide any status, head office (in Hyderabad) were even more rude, didn't provided any reasons for the delay other than in the name of procedures. My mother is aged & cannot run-around in these hazzles, and even suggested the head-office to have friendly policies. But they are not at all bothered to provide any services other than their business interests. Kindly let me know how to speed up & make them to follow what consumer is needed when compared to their service & tracking lapses.
