[Resolved] Karvy Stock Broking — Loss Due to Problem in Karvy Trading Software ''Nest Trader Software'' | |||
Dear Sir, I got loss in trading on[protected] of Rs.2200/- aprox. due to problem is above mentioned software. After 2:00 P.m, Problem is started in above software. I am purchasing and Selling share to euqal my net position but All trade which are doing by me, some of trade is not shown in the software. So I got worried. Because if my net position is not nill at the end of day. The penalty is charged to me by Karvy Stock Brocking Ltd. So, To make my net position nill I was trading continuously. Dear Sir, I want to explain my complaint in Hindi, Pls. Tell my How and where to Complaint. And how can I got my loss amount due to problem in Trading software. Which is a serious fault of karvy Co.
