Dear Sir, I have made advance payement for the almonds purchased from them through neft Now they niether sending the goods nor refunding the money they have stopped attending the phone calls niether responding to the my messages thourgh whatsapp I want my money refunded from them I dont want goods I am sending the copy of my correspondence through whatsapp which has details of the payment with date of Payment for your perusal and filing purpose it shows how many times i had requested him to send the goods or refund my money he not sending the goods under one or the other pretext and now he has not attending my phone neither giving me written reply through whatsapp Please help I am sending file of messages through whatsapp which has all details of payment and number of times I have requested refund
