I received the faulty product (Tissot watch) from Kaunsa.com with order ID no.[protected] (order no.36566). There were following problems when I received the product.
1) Box of the watch was damaged/broken when I opened the parcel.
2) There is no warranty card in the box.
3) There is no user manual in the box.
4) Seconds hand (bottom circle out of 3) is not at all moving.
5) Resetting of all 3 counters (30-minute counter, 60-second counter, 1/10 second counter) is not happening as per instruction from online Tissot manual.
6) After seeing all these issues when I tried to contact the seller (Watchvilla, New Delhi) on the cell number (i.e. [protected]) mentioned on delivery form, the number does not exists.
I had lodged a complaint on their website (with no.Kaun/T340154/2GE16O85BT) on 23 Aug'14 but there is no response and shocking they closed the complaint without any resolution.
As per their Return & Refund policy I sent back the product to Noida address as mentioned on their website. Surprisingly I got to know that they changed address from Noida to Gaziabad. Accordingly I sent the product to new address which was received by them on 05 Sept'14 (sent thru Blue Dart - Waybill No. [protected]).
However till date they are not responding me on the status.
I need my money back as I do not want to deal with such fraud company and faulty service. Please help me to get the resolution.
