[Resolved] Kaunsa.com — Non receipt of booked items (Ray Ban sunglass) | |||
Dear Sir, I want to submit that 1) I had purchased a Ray Ban aviator sunglass through kaunsa.com website whose order no is KA/185646/X7UBD1M0 DT- 05/11/2013. 2) I received confirmation email that my online payment has been received successfully and the item will be delivered on 20 Nov 2013. 3) I had paid an amount of Rs.539/-(499/-+ 40) through SCB Credit Card. 4) But till date I have not received the ordered item. 5) I have tried multiple time to contact the customer support no [protected] of kaunsa.com on 25/11/2013, but no one responded, I had also sent an complain through email to [protected]@kaunsa.com . 6) It appears that the website is fake and it makes people fool. 6) So, I request you to look into the matter and ensure the delivery of the ordered articles if possible or suggest me the further course of action against the fraud committed by the said company.
