Sir,
I had ordered for a pair of RAYBANS more than a month back.
Despite repeated reminders and request the company failed to provide the item and made false promises repeatedly about delivery dates.
I have now requested for a refund which the staff showed apprehension towards refunding, after coercion they say they will take approval etc for the paid amount to be refunded.
I need my money back and would not like to have any association with the company henceforth which CHEATS its customers by misguiding and false promises. Was this information helpful? |
