Kaunsa.com — non refund of the amount for the order of a watch | |||
order no.[protected] & [protected]. I had placed an order for Armani watch in the month of September, 14 for which Kaunsa.com deducted the amount immediately from my credit card and then reverted back saying the transaction is not complete so I need to do the process again and they again charged the amount from my credit card. I contacted them after a fortnight or so and was informed that since they do not have the product I can opt for a gift voucher. I categorically informed them that I am not interested in any voucher etc, so kindly refund both the amounts immediately. They refunded one payment in the month of October, 14 but for the second amount has not been refunded inspite of my numberous calls. Every time I was informed that the amount will be refunded in next 24-48 hours and even after my repeated requests they could not connect me to their senior officials. But till now my money has not been refunded even though 6 months have passed since the transaction. In my last call I was ordered to give my bank details to enable them to transfer the amount in my Bank Account but till now nothing has happened Was this information helpful? | |||
