I ordered casio edifice watch from kanusa.com.i have received empty parcel which i have informed to kaunsa cal centre.even i have taken mail from DTDC stating that i have received 0.60 grams parcel and forwarded to kaunsa.com but they are least bothered to respond as they have taken money. its been a month stil they are not responding.
