I have been chasing the customer care for my issue, but I am not getting any reply.
I bought the Hair Laser Reduction Package and 3-QSwitch and 3-PeelOff. Till now I have taken only 7-8 sessions of Hair Laser Package whereas in records they are showing I have completed 12 sessions already. And also I didn't availed any Peel-off or QSwitch at all. But they say 1 I have already take. What's Going On?!
Now, My Skin is not okay with the services I have purchased. Provide me the refund of remained sessions ELSE PROVIDE ME CONFIRMATION MAIL THAT I CAN TRANSFER OR CHANGE MY SERVICES!
