Kazo — Trial room issue

Also had to face something bad last evening at Kazo store in pacific mall Rajpur road dehradun, where a young girl entered the trial room which I was using when I went out to show the outfit to my husband! She did not use the adjoining trial room which was vacant! My clothes, several apparel from the store, my handbag with cash, my mobile were inside and the girl refused to open the door! When she did come out, she confronted me very badly and abused me MF. I was shocked at the word that how could anyone just spew such words and what was my fault?And she was ready to give me a blow had the staff not intervened and kept on abusing me with dhurandhar abuses but somehow I controlled my tongue!

Whose fault was it?What’s the safety of citizens like us in a public place ? Anybody will come and start off with abusive language? And what are we supposed to do when we face such a situation?
I need a reply and an action in this matter.
