KDMC — Fraud Bus conductor | |||
Today i traveled from panvel to kalyan and return through bus. While coming back i found that the bus conductor was helping some of his friends/relatives to travel for free. Not only 1 or two person but it was more then 3-4 people. I tries to see their batch but unfortunately they were not wearing their batches. Even i heard it from the passenger "Ticket check karne wala to nhi aayega na"... and the conductor said "NO"..., dont worry. I was equally ashamed like other people. Dats y Government suffers loss because of these negligence. The bus number was : MH.05.R.1163 Kalyan to panvel. Due to traffic, the bus reaches panvel at 3:30 approx. I have the ticket with me. First you send a notice on available address & ask for relief's you want. Don't forget to mention that if they fails to comply then you will be constrained to file consumer complaint. Send notice by speed post. Keep track of Postal receipt. If Opponent failed to comply then you can move to consumer court where opponent has office. In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas District Forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs. If above 20 Lacs you need to file the same complaint before State Commission.
