We have complained from last 2 months but we can not get proper response from your side. So I request you to give as proper service otherwise exchange it as soon as possible. Sorry But we have get very bad experience from your side. Now we can use it but...

Our Kelvinator is purchased in 2002 from Spencers at Chennai. A tube connected from Freezer to the tray has came off and water is leaking out. I would like to get it fixed at the earliest. The Kelvinator 250 ltr refrigerator(purchase date 20-8-07, From KEMS agency Kottayam, Kerala), is still under warranty and we are facing the following complaints.
