WE CAN NOT Get Proper Service for KELVINATOR MICROWAVE OVEN

We had purchase KELVINATOR MICROWAVE OVEN SR. NO. 306MW0200514
On date 03 / 09 / 2007 from NEXT RETAIL SHOP G-40, 41, Satyam mall, Manshi Cross Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.
We have complained from last 2 months but we can not get proper response from your side. So I request you to give as proper service otherwise exchange it as soon as possible. Sorry But we have get very bad experience from your side. Now we can use it but...

Fixing of a part

Our Kelvinator is purchased in 2002 from Spencers at Chennai. A tube connected from Freezer to the tray has came off and water is leaking out. I would like to get it fixed at the earliest. The machine is also laud. Sine the purchase, there were so many changes have taken over with company take overs that I am in a fix as whom to contact in Chennai for the repair....

I had purchased a Kelvinator DC Refrigerator Model KD225M-B-RED from Ess Gee Enterprises, # 4027-A, Dhobi Bazar, Bathinda-151001(India) (Phone No.[protected], Mobile:[protected]against their Invoice No.0487 dated 5-Sep-2007 by paying Rs.9, 500.00.

i have perchaged Kelvinator refrigerator super cool 200l model on 7/11/2007 having model & chasis no. KD200LGHST under one year warranty from your kurukshetra dealer 'Moon Light Traders'. replacement under warranty

Dear sir,
The Kelvinator 250 ltr refrigerator(purchase date 20-8-07, From KEMS agency Kottayam, Kerala), is still under warranty and we are facing the following complaints.
there is no cooling, the motor is working continuously(there is no cut off), the light inside the refrigerator is not switching off.
these were reported to the agency on 14-7-08 and the fridge is in same condition till date.

horrible servicing
