I bought air cooler of Kenstar Comapany for my shop. The shopkeeper assured me that company resolves complains in 24h. The cooler started leaking in 7 days. As my product was in warranty I registered a complain. The executive came after 3 days instead of 24h and can't resolve the issue. I repeatedly complained in company as weather was so hot and even after several visits over the month the issue was not resolved and rather, it started throwing water when turned on and spoiled furniture and clothes that are sold on my shop costing me loss of 10000 rupees.
I asked the the company to replace the cooler if they can't stop leaking and throwing water as the cooler was useless for me when I needed it most. Since then I haven't heard back from the company.
