Kenstar — Free installation of Geyser | |||||
I have purchased Kenstar Geyser 15 ltd on 23.10.16, invoice no. GJ-SAMBERG[protected] through Amazon.in. Immediately on receipt of Geyser on 28.10.16, I have logged call for free installation. Still nobody turned for installation, inspite I have called person named for installation several times, though he told that he will visit times, still not visited. Ultimately he Had reason to say that my phone is not reachable. Later I have called these people no. who are called manager / general manager I got from call centre, my effort was in vain. Phone no.[protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]. Though, company confirm free installation, after sales service very bad. I have given an complaint 15 days back mr.Aslam mobile nO [protected] came and collected rs:1100 and went but till date he is not response on phone kindly do needful and catch hold him and give response on my email Id [protected]@gmail.com
