[Resolved]  Kenstar — Geyser went faulty twice within a year of purchase

Hello, I am writing this out of my curiosity, I know nothing much going to change. I purchase a geyser 25 liters in June 2014. Tank started leaking within 6 month of purchase. After chasing customer care for a month they replaced the tank. Again within replacement of 3 months got same trouble and this time till now I do not have any resolution . Raising complaint via phone and ticket will get close in week without any resolution... its been more than a month now 3 ticket open and got closed without any resolution. Product is under warranty still I dont know what this kenstar people trying to do. Model number: KENSTAR 25L KGS25W6M 25L 5 STAR CL GEYSER, INVOICE NUMBER :C89A23/14-15/5696, INVOICE DATE :26-JUN-2014 Serial No: a[protected] Seller: ADITH ELECTRONICS ADITH ELECTRONICS, 7-1-616/130, 1ST FLOOR, REHAMATH COMPLEX AMEERPET CROSS ROADS, CITY HYDERABAD / STATE TELANGANA PIN 500016 Hoping it should be address as early as possible.

Just to update my latest complain (4th) No is : HYD[protected]- Date : 14/4/2015, Supervisor assign to it : PAVAN - Contact number: [protected]. Whenever we call him he will say we will resolve this in next 24 hours. I dont know how may 24 hours he require to complete the job.
