I am using kenstart microwave no kj25csl4 since last 3-4 years, and a month back my microwave glass plate got broken and hence, have requestd for new glass plate approx more than 15 -20 days back at below online portal — https://handyhome.In/kenstar-customer-care - but than no one visited us or no bother to help..
