I bought a Kenstar Warmo C blower in January 2022. After using for 6-7 days, the blower stopped working.
I registered a complaint but none of the employees from the service center paid heed to it. After continuously chasing and calling for 1 week, a employee came to check.
He told me that some part needs to be changed. He told me he will come back next day but he didn't. Another week passed and no response. I called the manager of the service center in Lucknow and even he was very unprofessional. Somehow after chasing them for a whole week they took my blower for repair. And now it's been 3 months that I've not received my product back.
I've been calling daily. The manager - Mr. Gaurav is the most unprofessional and irresponsible employee I've come across. Everyday on call he tells me he will return my product the next day but then again it's all a lie.
I don't know how kenstar works and why do they keep such unprofessional people.
I've had a very bad experience with Kenstar and this experience has really tarnished their reputation as a brand in my eyes.
I would like to speak to a higher authority about this and I still hope that as a big brand that they say they are, they will resolve this issue of mine as soon as possible.
I've again registered a complaint today as the customer care people told me that my request had been cancelled because I didn't show them my bill. But it's all lie. I provided him with the bill the day he came and clicked a photo of it too. This shows how bad this company is. I will strongly recommend others to not buy Kenstar products.
