I had purchased kenstar geyser on 5th nov, 2018. My geyser stopped working. I had logged a complaint on 13th nov, 2018

Eta was : 48-72 hours
I called customer care several times but they are not ready to share the status of mu complaint. Dont know what they are doing. They had a very big team also, but no one is ready to work for their customers. I called branch manager (Mr manoj) also, he told he will send someone to get this geyser repaired. But that day didnt came and he stopped picking up the calls.
I need product replacement only as the product stopped working within 15 days from the date of purchase. Was this information helpful? |
