My Kent maxx is of 3 years old. Till date I have paid twice the cost of the product for service. Now for past two months even after paying for service & spare parts my product is not working. I have been complaining the local service centre daily. They visit my place charge me for service & spare parts (I have all the bills) and leave the product unresolved. As monopoly services rule, they are very rude to the customers especially the franchiser Mr. Nagireddy. Employees in the service centre make fun o[censored]s & laugh when we call to complain. Finally now they said its out of their hands & asked us to launch a complaint in company. But the company has also sent the persons from the same service centre and left the problem unresolved. With a ray of hope I have launched my complaint here. I am really vexed with your service & for the trouble I have been facing all through this time.
