Sir, I have bought this product kent maxx water purifier with serial no. Kr[protected] Since then i have been facing problem every month where it rings an alarm I have complained about this so they always sent a junior staff and reset the choke in it. I am a working person and have to take leave everytime this happens almost every month. I would request you to help me out in exchanging the product as the company is not answering.
