Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — stay wire removal from front side of house

My name is vinaiya kumar. Without our permission, kseb had installed in front of property wall and the stay wire for the same was connected inside the property area.

Now, our construction is going on, we cannot unload the materials inf-round of house, we don't have enough place.
Kindly remove the stay wire from our plot.
