Dear sir, ma'am,
I tried to book an online ticket from Bangalore to Thalassery in KSRTC bus through Ente KSRTC application. I was taken upto upi payment page and ₹423 was deducted from the account. But ticket was not issued. Please do the needful for the refund of the same. This happened two times.. Was this information helpful? |
