Kerala State Road Transport Corporation — Complaint for not picking up the reserved passenger from the pickup point

This incident happened on 9th April 2023. On this day I booked a ticket in Adoor Depot RPK949 to travel from Ernakulam to Kunnamkulam. The pick-up time was 6:20 pm, but the bus did not arrive on time. I contacted the bus representative several times to know when the bus will arrive, and he said it would take time and he also cut the call before I could ask him further details. It's clearly said in the ticket to arrive at the pickup point before 15mins. I have been waiting for the bus for more than 1 hour and repeatedly contacted the representative too. But the bus came to the pickup point and did not pick up the passenger (myself) from there. The bus representative did not even try to reach me when they reached the pickup point. Then I called the representative, but he did not take the call. So, I asked the enquiry department about the bus, and they said it had departed. Because of this I had to take another bus to Thrissur from Ernakulam south KSRTC bus stand at 8:15pm and from Thrissur to Kunnamkulam. I was supposed to reach my destination (Kunnamkulam) at 9:20pm but I reached past 12 O'clock in the midnight. I kindly request you to take necessary action and compensate for the loss of time and money that I have faced as part of the failure as soon as possible.
