The broad band system never ever functioned properly since from the installation date. Now the concern is, children" s online classes. On 9th June 2021 complaint lodged to service provider, he asked me to check the net speed. I am extremely sorry to say that, the service provider does not even know how to speak. I understand the current situation, but tis is unacceptable.
1. My quota (Plan) is around 400GB/moth- that is what I understand from your customer care center but I am using around 200 GB/month only.
This broad band system is using only for online classes for children, they are not able to provide that much also. And when ever raises a complaint, service provider does not have any clue and simply says change your plan, current plan could not provide speed or disconnect our system.
Many time I have tried to contact with customer service center, its a big head ache to get connected with the center, minimum 4-5 time i have tried to get connected.
My problem is still unsolved.
