Kerala Vision Broadband — Poor Support on Broad Band frequent disconnection Issue

Hi Team,

I am experiencing really very bad support from Kerala Vision Broadband and from the Operator. I have called multiple times because of frequent disconnection with my home internet and no follow-up or support received from either the Kerala Vision Technical team or from the Operator. I opened a complaint ticket, TKT109150 and this ticket got closed without being fixed. I have even upgraded my plan to FUP150M4500G and am still facing this issue of disconnection. This was brought to the notice of the operator and Kerala Vision Technical team multiple times and no-one bothered to fix or provide a better solution. Our operator does not even bother to pick up my call or to visit the site, at least to check the problem. I wonder what kind of support you are providing for a customer. I don't think this complaint is going to help me either, but I still wanted someone to notice this. Thanks for all the great support that you are providing to your valuable customers. I am bringing this issue to Regulatory and Legal as well. Regards Samresh
