Sir,
I reported a complaint to water authority office of Edappal by phone against broken pipe line in front of my House.The water loses continuously in last 12 days but the department staff says me that we know the broken situation and water loss and we will clear the line immediately.But they fill the Tank regularly and continuing the water loss. The water loses continously fot the last 1 month but the department staff says that they know the situation but can't do any thing due to lack of staff.
